A Brief Biography:

Dr. De Vries has had a long career teaching Old Testament at Drew Divinity School, Western Theological Seminary, and finally at Methodist Theological School in Ohio. He was guest lecuturer at King's College, University of London in 1978. He was trained at Calvin College, Calvin Seminary, Union Theological Seminary in New York, and did postgraduate study at Leiden University and at the University of Tubingen. He has published several books, including:
